Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain operations including project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proven experience using ERP and SCM systems to improve performance.
• Solid project management knowledge, including methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience leading transformation, digitalization, or system implementation projects in supply chain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to new concepts and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery of business objectives.
• Partner with internal customers to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment, execution, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business and process requirements.
• Support change management initiatives including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and achievements to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analyze root causes of supply chain challenges and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process mapping and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Support Lean Supply Chain integration initiatives by implementing process improvements.
• Ensure initiatives align with Global Supply Chain strategies and objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
