Corning Incorporated in Reynosa is seeking a Supply Chain Program Lead to develop a roadmap for integrating the program with existing operations. You will coordinate with global supply management, engineering and product planning to execute actions on schedule and budget.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong collaboration across functions, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a focus on optimizing inventory, supplier readiness and risk mitigation.

• 5+ years in supply chain related roles.
• Experience in supply/capacity planning and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across functions such as product management and engineering.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Route program needs to the right functions.
• Establish metrics aligned with program goals.
• Develop demand deployment plans as milestones progress.
• Mitigate material risks and ensure supplier readiness.
• Set material replenishment strategies for scope products.
• Implement planning strategies to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Recommend changes to organization structures and competencies.
• Coordinate with plant management on staffing alignment.
• Develop SIOP and capacity planning models.
• Promote best practices in supply planning.
• Represent supply chain functions within the program team.
• Provide periodic updates on supply chain activities.
