Campari Group in Mexico City seeks a Project Governance & Transformation Specialist to support global innovation and supply chain initiatives. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and streamlined ways of working, influencing across matrixed teams and senior leaders. Flexible and analytical candidate thrives without direct authority.

The position is a high-visibility individual contributor role based in Mexico City with frequent interaction with global stakeholders.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, governance, or transformation roles.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Alcoholic Beverages industries.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Provide governance, coordination, and oversight of cross-functional innovation and supply chain workstreams.
Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, reporting, dashboards, and insights.
Drive SKU portfolio optimization and rationalization with performance analysis and scenario evaluation.
Coordinate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Engineering.
Support transformation initiatives by standardizing processes and defining best practices.
Contribute to development of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Track progress, risks, and priorities across multiple initiatives.
