Pacific International Lines (PIL) in Mexico is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will handle customer contracts, act as a focal point for sales, and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding PIL's market share in shipping and logistics.

The role requires experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Formación

• Experience in customer service within shipping or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Download and treat daily booking requests and forward to customers.
• Ensure timely handling of customer demands and inquiries.
• Maintain accuracy of routes, weights, POL/PODs, commodities and temp in PIL system.
