United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Project Engineer for its Global Services division in Mexico City. You will lead post-sales deployments, managing large customer projects and training on company products, interfacing with customers and partners to ensure expert-level deployments.

On-site 5 days a week when not traveling, you will work with Global Services and Territory Account Executives to drive successful deployments and provide technical guidance across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a computing or IT field.
• Strong networking knowledge including HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Be the subject matter authority on the company suite of products and provide expert-level service during post-sales.
• Serve as the project management arm for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployments in the customer's environment.
• Magnify the value of products through configuring features, use cases, and analytics; provide vendor-led training to customers.
• Act as the technical voice to all levels of customer, from C-level to IT directors or loss prevention managers.
• Collaborate with Global Services Manager and Sales AEs to develop services strategies and workflows; participate in cross-selling/up-selling.
• Act as Product Technical Evangelist in training partners, customers, and internal staff on latest product offerings.
