Maersk is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Latin America Customer Experience organization, focused on Supply Chain Management. This hands-on role bridges business, systems, and operations to support migrations, implementations, and process improvements across the SCM platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, guide customers through transitions from legacy systems, and ensure continuity and performance during complex projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in SCM, 4PL, or end-to-end logistics operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support end-to-end SCM platform migrations.
• Act as the primary SME for supply chain processes and provide guidance across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage system configurations and master data setup during implementations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure governance and operational standards.
• Support business continuity and ongoing SCM performance.
