Maersk is seeking a senior legal advisor in Mexico City to support the Logistics & Services business. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements and provide pragmatic, commercially minded legal guidance across logistics, trade, and maritime services.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive risk-aware growth, manage disputes, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in-house and/or private practice.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support for commercial contracting activities, including drafting and negotiation.
• Advise on logistics, transportation, customs, SCM, 4PL, and maritime services.
• Support business development in design and implementation of logistics solutions.
• Provide regulatory guidance on transportation, customs, trade and related frameworks.
• Advise on risk allocation, indemnities, and insurance matters.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on claims and litigation.
• Guidance on governance, compliance, ethics, and policy matters.
• Manage external counsel across jurisdictions as needed.
• Develop contracts templates, playbooks, and legal guidance.
• Deliver training and promote risk-management culture.
• Assist internal investigations and regulatory inquiries.
