British American Tobacco Mexico is seeking a SAP Service Manager in Monterrey to oversee day-to-day delivery by external IT providers for EP Corporate & HR functions, ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong SAP and cloud experience, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams. You will drive service improvements, manage incidents, and coordinate releases, deployments, and audits.

Formación

• Experience delivering IT services through third-party providers.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience with regulatory and security controls (SOx, GDPR) in IT environments.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business needs, assess risks and impacts, and collaborate with business and IT.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap and impact assessments, evaluate estimates, and prepare implementation plans with vendors.
• Ensure changes comply with governance, security and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate implementation, release, deployment and service transition across project teams, vendors and IT.
• Manage post-implementation stabilisation, incidents, escalations and stakeholder communications; ensure RCA and preventive actions are completed.
