Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Mexicali, Mexico seeks a Customer Service Sr. Analyst to manage sales orders and related processes from contract award to closeout. You will enter orders in SAP, align inventory with orders, and support invoicing and imports for international clients.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or order management, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and strong English communication. The position operates on a third shift, Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 PM–5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain or order management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Good English proficiency for collaboration with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Create/edit sales orders accurately in SAP and send acknowledgements.
• Generate contract summaries when required.
• Ensure export compliance including license applications and screening.
• Collaborate with Finance to process invoices and credit/debit memo requests.
• Create basic quotes in SAP and support deliveries with inventory planning.
