Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to serve as the primary contact for orders and administration from contract award through closeout, aligning inventory with sales order lines to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.

The Customer Service Analyst is the principal customer contact for all orders and administration of customer sales orders, related information and processes from contract award through closeout and archive of the sales order. Performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for customer accounts and works to align available inventory with the sales order line items to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Collins Aerospace and the customer.
Understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.Maintainscustomer contact including correspondence concerning sales order status, orderchangesand billing/receivables questions.
Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customer whenrequired. Generates and distributes contract summaries whenrequired.
Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs).
Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create andfacilitatedeliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
Create andmaintainspecial tracking and customer reports.
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally (calls and meetings) and in writing (email follow-ups and responses), to ensure professional and effective interaction with international clients and stakeholders.Proficiencyat a bilingual or advanced level in English isrequired.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring successful outcomes
Typically requires a University Degreein business administration or relatedand less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
EnglishProficiency.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (including but not limited to SAP or similar platforms).
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with Salesforce systems, including roles such as administrator, business analyst, or consultant, with a strong understanding of platform functionality and capabilities
Proven experience collaborating with multicultural and geographically diverse teams inpreviousroles.
