Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions seeks a senior regulatory and compliance professional to oversee the global exam, audit, and due diligence program. You will coordinate examinations, regulatory reviews, audits, and third-party due diligence, interfacing with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in complex financial services or regulatory/compliance roles.
• Experience in regulatory oversight, risk-based compliance, examinations, or audits.
• Strong knowledge of AML, BSA, sanctions, and money transmission laws.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, and banking partners.
• Ability to operate in a global environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CAMS preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses and on-site visits for examinations, audits, and due diligence.
• Interact with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and third parties.
• Maintain central repository of materials for examinations and reviews.
• Track deliverables and ensure timely response to requests.
• Escalate findings to senior management and report trends.
• Educate SMEs on examination and licensing requirements.
• Support special projects as directed by Global Regulatory Management.
