Qualifications

• Experience in trade compliance within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions.
• Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Familiarity with trade compliance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to import/export regulations.
• Manage import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including training and awareness programs.
• Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues and mitigate risks.
