Qualifications

• Ability to read/write/speak in Spanish.
• Relevant experience in regulatory reporting/review/quality assurance, related operations role with commensurate product knowledge and/or risk/audit experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Focal point for Regulatory Exams and External Audits.
• Coordinate responses for regulatory exams/audits as needed.
• Support Operations team during the reviews cycle.
• Validation of information prepared by Operational Units, ensuring alignment with required data.
• Assist in remediation plans defined for regulatory and external reviews.
• Communicate results to Senior Management.
