You will coordinate responses for exams, manage remediation plans, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to strengthen controls. The role emphasizes building effective relationships with regulators, delivering management reporting, and supporting transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in regulatory reporting/review/quality assurance or risk/audit related operations.
• Ability to read/write/speak in Spanish.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong risk management and control mindset.
• Self-reliant, proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Focal point for Regulatory Exams and External Audits within LATAM.
• Coordinate regulatory interactions with Local Regulators and cross-functional teams.
• Support Operations during RAUP reviews and drive remediation plans.
• Develop governance and control frameworks across Markets Operations.
• Prepare management reporting on issue management and regulatory status.
• Assist in strategic regulatory initiatives and digitization efforts.
