Oliver Wyman, a Marsh affiliate, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Mexico City to support end-to-end recruiting for the North American Experienced Hire team. The role requires coordinating interviews, travel, and documentation while delivering a professional candidate experience across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team, or 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience within management consulting, financial services, or another professional services environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics (video conferences, office visits, phone screens, debrief meetings).
• Provide timely, professional communication to candidates throughout the process.
• Support recruiters with offer letters and collection of new-hire documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate activity, scheduling requests, and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate candidate travel and expenses as needed.
• Support additional recruiting projects and administrative duties as assigned.
