Egup Fa Us2 Oraclecloud in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Project Coordinator to support delivery programs. You will assist in preparing project documentation, manage backlog with plant, and provide Oracle-based support for teams in IFS.

Travel to sites for commissioning is required and you will participate in daily production meetings. Applicants should have at least 2 years in customer relations and project coordination, with strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to work both independently and

Formación

• Experience in customer relations and project coordination with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access).
• International site travel is an essential requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation of project documentation.
• Review and manage backlog with plant.
• Provide Oracle-based support for the Anderson team operating in IFS.
• Coordinate production delivery information.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls for Reynosa.
• Solve problems logically and follow department procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and work independently.
• Manage projects from inception to on-site delivery and client handover.
• Travel to site to support project commissioning.
