Corning Inc. invites an experienced Program Manager to lead large, global engineering programs spanning capacity expansion, automation, NPI, and cost reduction.

You will partner with international teams to align strategy, funding, and execution across multiple regions, driving governance and executive-level communications. You will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including capital projects >$10M, with a focus on delivering business impact and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or related operations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional, cross-regional programs with significant impact.
• Management of capital projects exceeding $10M in complex environments.
• 6+ years supporting Automation, NPI, Cost Reduction, or Capacity Expansion.
• Strong PM capabilities: risk management, governance, stakeholder alignment, execution planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a global matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, global engineering programs with broad organizational impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (US, Mexico, China, Poland).
• Translate opportunities into clear program strategies, milestones, and plans.
• Secure capital funds using corporate capital management processes.
• Prepare executive communications on strategies, risks, and options.
• Establish governance, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
