Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business or related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–10 years in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, technology, product development, operations, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple sites, suppliers, or customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional manufacturing and new product introduction programs focusing on quality, flexibility, cycle time, cost, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate readiness activities across technology, engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports; communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Partner with commercial, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, equipment vendors, and customers to align requirements and deliver program objectives.
