Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a Program Manager to lead large, global engineering programs spanning capacity expansion, automation, and cost reduction across multiple regions. You will partner with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver strategic initiatives with significant business impact.

Responsibilities include governance, executive communications, and risk management, with an emphasis on coordinating teams across the United States, Mexico, China, and Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in engineering/manufacturing/operations.
• Proven success leading large cross-regional programs with business impact.
• Experience managing capital projects above $10M in complex environments.
• 6+ years supporting Automation, NPI, Cost Reduction, or Capacity Expansion.
• Strong governance, risk, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with technical and executive teams.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix organization without direct authority.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with global scope and business impact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across regions to ensure execution.
• Translate opportunities into clear program strategies, milestones, and plans.
• Secure capital funds using established management tools and processes.
• Prepare executive communications on strategy, risks, and options.
