Global Payments is hiring an AppOps Support Engineer in Mexico City to ensure production readiness of critical applications and infrastructure. You will investigate incidents, diagnose complex issues and implement repeatable fixes to improve reliability.

You will work across Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA and client teams to own health checks, automate tasks, validate data and reduce recurring incidents while supporting a global payments ecosystem.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in production support, technical operations, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX environments and production troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (Bash/Python) and data validation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerized workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Drive production issues from investigation to resolution, restoring services quickly.
• Own application, infrastructure and batch health across environments.
• Uncover root causes using logs, stack traces, and data validation.
• Create automations to improve troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA and client teams to drive resolution.
