Formación

• 4+ years in production support or operations for enterprise apps.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX and relational databases.
• Strong SQL and scripting (Bash/Python) for data validation and automation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ownership mindset.
• Bachelor's in CS/IS preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive production issues from investigation to resolution.
• Own application and infrastructure health across environments.
• Uncover root causes using logs, SQL data validation, and diagnostics.
• Use Bash/Python to automate improvements and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA and client teams to drive resolution.
• Identify and reduce recurring operational risks and improve processes.
• Create clear documentation and automations aligned with governance and compliance.
