Stoneridge seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the launch of new products and major changes, coordinating Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to hit cost, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, English communication, and experience with APQP and related launch processes. Global PMO focus offers international exposure and accountability across programs.

Formación

• BS in Engineering is preferred; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years combined engineering, manufacturing, or program management experience in automotive, off-road, or electronics.
• 3+ years Leadership experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of typical design and development process, launch processes, and key documents such as BOM, Drawings, DFMEA, Quality Plan, PPAP Financials knowledge as Gross Margins, NRE, Bom Costs, etc
• Supplier Change Management

Responsabilidades

• Launch of new Product Development Projects and large scope changes to existing products
• Project compliance to the applicable development procedures, such as the Product Launch Process and/or SEQS
• Leading the assigned cross functional team for the assigned project, including Design (ME, EE, SE, SIA, SW), Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
• Meeting financial, quality, and milestone commitments.
• Scheduling and leading internal and customer meetings
• Escalating issues to management internally and to the customer externally when additional support is needed to manage project risks
