Stoneridge is seeking a Master Scheduler to prepare and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. You will analyze material planning and use the ERP system to maintain data integrity and drive improvements in inventory efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in master scheduling/materials planning, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Industrial/Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, or Operations Management is desired and/or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years related work experience in Master Scheduling/materials planning.
• Detailed understanding of manufacturing environments and processes with strong analytical and PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create the Master Planning Schedules (MPS) balancing plant and warehouse capacity with customer demand.
• Develop and maintain schedules and planning parameters with the ERP system to assure integrity of information and consistency with customer requirements.
• Develop short and long-term production models to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer.
• Perform extensive qualitative analyses and make operational recommendations regarding material planning, forecasting, and inventory efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain material plans that meet market budgetary and performance goals such as inventory turns, on-hand inventory dollars, fulfillment service levels, and excess/obsolete material.
• Report and address material shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions that may impact production schedules or customer orders.
• Coordinate with production and material concerns in formulating get-well plans to overcome disruptions to the production schedules that impact customer requirements.
• Evaluate requests from the customer through Customer Service on the feasibility of accepting increased orders to specific delivery dates.
• Attend the daily production meetings.
• Perform other duties as directed.
