Stoneridge in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive new product launches and major changes, coordinating design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
You'll develop contracts and proposals, prepare statements of work, and work with global teams; a BS in engineering and 8+ years in auto or electronics are expected, with PMI certification and proficiency in English.

This position will focus on the launch of new products and large scope changes to existing products by adhering to the product launch process. The Program Manager is responsible for effectively pulling together all business functions to successfully launch and complete projects. Responsible for the cost, schedule and quality performance of programs and projects in support of SRENA business area. Participate in the development of contracts, preparation of proposals, preparation of business and program plans, development Statement's Work and be responsible for the profit/loss of assigned programs. The program manager will interface with functional managers and team members from all organizations within EPD. Success is dependent upon excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate team members through positive influence. Fulfill to responsibilities documented in EMS.
BS in Engineering is preferred; MBA a plus
8+ years combined engineering, manufacturing, or program management experience in automotive, off-road, or electronics.
3+ years Leadership experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management preferred.
