Forvia is seeking a New Program Quality Engineer in San Juan Del Río, Qro to lead quality launch activities for new programs and engineering changes. You will ensure customer requirements are met, develop quality plans, and manage documentation for APQP/PPAs while coordinating with plant quality teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience with quality tools, program management, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on transfer programs and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum education level: Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Quality tools such as AIAG, APQP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA, R&R.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Launch Engineer is responsible for complying customer requirements for engineering changes in production plant; for supporting launch of transfer projects in advanced quality planning phases; and for representing the customer voice.
• Identify the initial Program Quality objectives in Transfer projects, build up the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-up.
• Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges (Transfer and Engineering change).
• Compile the APQP and PPA files, and support the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples.
