Stoneridge in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive new product launches and major changes, coordinating design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.

You'll develop contracts and proposals, prepare statements of work, and work with global teams; a BS in engineering and 8+ years in auto or electronics are expected, with PMI certification and proficiency in English.

Formación

• BS in Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or program management in automotive/electronics.
• 3+ years leadership in product development or program management.

Responsabilidades

• Launch new product development projects and manage major scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with development procedures and launch processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing Eng, and Quality.
• Meet financial, quality, and milestone commitments.
• Schedule and lead internal and customer meetings.
• Escalate issues to management and customers to manage risks.
