Stoneridge is seeking a Global PMO Manager to lead product launches and large scope changes across design, manufacturing and quality within the SRENA business area. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on cost, schedule, and quality commitments and interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering (MBA a plus), 8+ years of engineering/manufacturing/program management experience and PMI certification, with strong English communication

Formación

• BS in Engineering is preferred; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years combined engineering, manufacturing, or program management experience.
• 3+ years Leadership experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management.
• Knowledge of APQP and related launch processes.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Supplier Change Management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Launch of new Product Development Projects and large scope changes to existing products
• Project compliance to development procedures and Product Launch Process/SEQS
• Leading the cross-functional team including Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality
• Meeting financial, quality, and milestone commitments
• Scheduling and leading internal and customer meetings
• Escalating issues to management and customers when needed
