Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Prepayment Operations Supervisor to ensure service excellence, operational stability, and strong control execution within our Digital Prepay operating model. You will lead a Cancun-based team and work closely with Finance, Commercial, and OTC to deliver reliable service across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash, Prepayments, or Finance Operations.
• Previous people leadership is required.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prepayment collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, and operational activities.
• Monitor service levels and ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a Cancun-based team.
• Coordinate workload allocation and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and OTC teams.
• Provide operational insights to improve performance.
