PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Commercial Planning Analyst to support data-driven commercial initiatives. You will work with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Product teams to ensure accurate information across systems and enable smooth execution of launches.

Qualifications

• Internship experience is welcome and valued.
• Background or exposure to data analysis, business operations, supply chain, commercial planning or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches and commercial initiatives by ensuring accurate information is available across PepsiCo’s systems.
• Review business requests and translate commercial needs into data and system requirements.
• Create, update and maintain product and commercial information, including product codes and pricing attributes.
• Analyze and validate information to identify inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Project Management teams throughout initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple requests and priorities while meeting timelines.
• Support innovation and portfolio initiatives across markets, brands and channels.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of how information is managed and delivered.
