OPmobility seeks a PMO Manager to lead governance and optimization of project management methodologies across the organization. You will coordinate lifecycle processes from acquisition to serial production, ensuring global alignment with OPTIXXX standards and KPI-driven performance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, and other functions to promote best practices, implement tool deployments, and drive continuous improvement in a large automotive group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive industry with cross-functional project experience.
• Knowledge of APQP and automotive product development processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define, govern, and improve project management methodologies across lifecycle.
• Act as Business Owner of OPTIXXX and ensure methodology consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes (acquisition, development, industrialization, serial production).
• Lead governance committees and collaborate with stakeholders to share best practices.
• Monitor adherence to standards; analyze KPIs and propose improvements.
• Develop and deploy PMO knowledge areas, standards, and training materials.
• Define requirements and budgets for PMO tools; work with IT for deployment.
