OPmobility is seeking a BG Program PMO Manager to define, govern, and improve project management methodologies across acquisition, product development, industrialization, and serial production. You will align PMO standards with Engineering, Quality, IT, and other teams globally.

The role focuses on governance, performance monitoring, and driving process excellence while embedding best practices across the Business Group. A strong automotive background and APQP familiarity are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong background in Program Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Quality, or Project Management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Familiarity with APQP methodology and automotive product development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee OPTIXXX governance and deployment of PMO methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes to align with PMO standards.
• Monitor KPI adherence and report to Business Group leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
