One Mobility Group is seeking a PMO Governance Manager (Americas) to lead governance, standards, and process excellence across projects in the Americas. This role focuses on implementing governance frameworks, reporting, and continuous improvement within the automotive context.

Location options include Ciudad Juárez or Comonfort, with Ingles language proficiency and strong collaboration across international teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or a related role within the automotive industry; experience applying Project Management Methodologies.
Experience using MS Project Professional and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, CP).
English proficiency (written and verbal).
Strong teamwork, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with objectives and regulations.
Establish and maintain project reporting mechanisms for stakeholders and leadership.
Conduct reviews and audits to ensure governance standards are met.
Design and continuously improve project management processes for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve delivery.
