OPmobility in Monterrey seeks a PROJECT MANAGER to lead the acquisition process, manage a cross-functional team and deliver projects with safety, quality, and profitability.

You will coordinate budget, risks, and milestones, work with sales and operations, and ensure alignment with OEM RFQ timing while traveling as needed.

Bachelor in Engineering/Science/Business, 3+ years PM in automotive, fluent English; Spanish/German appreciated; join a global, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Customer orientation is essential in managing client expectations.
• Solid knowledge of project management within the automotive industry.
• Financial awareness related to budgets and investments.
• Good command of English; additional languages (Spanish/German) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the acquisition via LPDS/enterProj process until customer sourcing decision.
• Manages project scope, safety, quality, timing, profitability and cash.
• Synthesizes development budgets and costs for the project.
• Identifies risks and opportunities and implements actions to realign.
• Governs Make/Buy studies and coordinates with operations on plant capacities.
• Gathers lessons learned and leads transversal actions to improve competitiveness.
