Working closely with your team, you’ll lead program planning from contract execution to final billing, while providing unparalleled levels of customer service on all travel programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma events is a must.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from contract execution to final billing.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality services.
• Ensure supplier contracts protect Amex GBT and clients.
• Manage program costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate online registration and attendee communications.
• Liaise with venue staff and manage vendor performance.
• Debrief clients and provide post-event reports.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of event tech solutions (Cvent).
