Flowserve seeks a strategic payroll partner to transform and optimize global payroll operations from Veracruz, Mexico. You will lead multi-country payroll initiatives, manage vendor migrations, and implement scalable, compliant solutions across HR, Finance, and Technology.

You will bring deep US payroll knowledge, strong regulatory awareness, and a track record of project leadership to improve service delivery, controls, and process standardization on a global scale.

Formación

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience with vendor migrations.
• Proven project management experience (Time & attendance, Benefits, HCM or payroll vendor setup/change).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll project tracking and data auditing.
• Experience with US payroll and international payroll.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll time logs, corrections, tax adjustments and related interfaces.
• Ensure payroll is closed accurately with data collection and policy application.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports as needed.
• Maintain payroll procedures and data integrity across systems.
• Support employees with payroll law compliance and union agreements.
