Job summary

You will collaborate with regional teams to deliver on time, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements in employee services and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• PM skills to coordinate core project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder management and steering‑committee updates.
• Vendor management with third‑party partners and procurement.
• Portfolio management in Mondelez project tracking systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Workday, payroll integrations and SAP.

Responsibilities
