Koch is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Payroll Applications to partner with product owners and global stakeholders. You will influence system configurations, document requirements, and support payroll operations worldwide.

You will work across time zones, gain exposure to US payroll and tax rules, and develop scalable solutions using SAP, ADP, and Dayforce. Strong collaboration and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll-related processes or systems.
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work across global time zones in a multicultural environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience supporting global payroll systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, ADP, and/or Dayforce.
• Knowledge of local payroll and HR regulations.
