Radiall is seeking a Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate, timely payroll cycles and compliance across our global operations. You will manage tax calculations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN), balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting policies while driving process improvements in a multinational context.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency for cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years as Payroll Accountant/Analyst in global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Contaduría Pública.
• Experience with SAP and BPO models.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll execution, weekly and special cycles.
• Tax withholding calculations: ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN.
• Submit hires, separations and salary changes via local social security portals.
• Prepare provisions, journal entries, and payroll reconciliations.
• CFDI stamping and SAP-BPO reconciliation.
