Worldpay is seeking a Data Analyst / Optimization Analyst to join the Global Strategic Optimization team in LATAM. You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve merchant authorization performance and routing efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, perform high-level data analysis and visualization, and drive measurable uplifts in approval rates and revenue protection across regional merchants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, payments, or optimization roles.
• Experience analyzing transaction, authorization, or payment performance data and delivering client-facing insights.
• Proven ability to present complex findings to both technical and business stakeholders, including multilingual teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve authorization performance.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to monitor performance against benchmarks for high-volume merchants.
• Identify trends and uplift opportunities to optimize authorization, routing, and authentication.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Schemes, and Issuers to implement data-driven solutions.
