CTC in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Network Engineer to oversee enterprise network infrastructure across MX and NA. You will manage Cisco devices, monitor systems, and strengthen security to ensure high availability.

The role requires hands-on Cisco administration, proficiency with Zabbix and ELK, and willingness to travel regionally between plants for upgrades and support. Fluency in English is essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• Proficient in English language (spoken and written).
• Hands-on administration of Cisco switches, routers, WLC, and ISE.
• Experience with Zabbix monitoring and ELK log analysis.
• Willingness to travel regionally to manufacturing sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment and ongoing configuration of network hardware across MX and NA sites.
• Monitor network health, performance metrics, and security events to prevent downtime.
• Serve as primary technical contact for incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support corporate IT initiatives and infrastructure rollouts.
• Travel between plants for upgrades, site surveys, and replacements.
