Confie in Tijuana is expanding its network infrastructure to support rapid growth across locations. The role focuses on maintaining a secure, high-performing network environment with hands-on Cisco technologies and WAN expertise.

You will diagnose issues, implement upgrades, document configurations, and collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable connectivity. A 2+ year background in network administration is required, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in network administration or network support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Switches.
• Experience supporting MPLS, DMVPN, and SD-WAN networks.
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and VLSM.
• Experience with SolarWinds, Auvik, or Syslog.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, deploy, and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• Ensure network availability and compliance with established SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Coordinate with telecommunications providers and external support vendors.
• Evaluate and recommend network improvements and new technologies.

Requirements

2+ years ofexperience in network administration or network support.

Hands-onexperience with:
