Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office is seeking a Network Engineer to operate, monitor, and improve enterprise LAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure across sites in a globally distributed, follow‑the‑sun environment. You will join a newly established Mexico City operations team and collaborate with teams in India and San Diego.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on network operations experience, strong Layer 2/3 skills, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols (STP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal — for global collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City five days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure across Qualcomm sites.
• Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities on routing and switching platforms.
• Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within SLAs.
• Collaborate with the India operations team on shift handoffs and with San Diego on designs.
