Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Senior Client Services Director to lead a large MSP within Pontoon MSP. You will direct the program to maximize revenue, profitability, and client and supplier satisfaction while ensuring program compliance and strategic growth.

You will oversee P&L, manage a global team, develop business plans, and present quarterly reviews. Travel is required as the role spans multiple brands and global accounts.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in a large MSP or related field.
• Expertise in managed service programs, national contract sales, and contingent workforce.
• Excellent leadership, management, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Pontoon MSP program, including resources and performance.
• Develop and implement business plans to grow relationships with Pontoon MSP clients.
• Ensure compliance and standardized processes across programs.
• Recruit, manage, and retain onsite and dedicated resources for the MSP account.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction through defend & grow strategies.
• Participate in quarterly and yearly business reviews with Pontoon MSP customer.
