Goods & Services is seeking a Program Director to own cross-workstream delivery in a hands-on leadership role within client organizations. You will triage, delegate across teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards.

You’ll operate from either South Carolina or Mexico City, with travel between sites. The role requires in-office presence and credibility in high‑stakes client environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, business program management, or similar.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience with multiple program management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
• Experience partnering with client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs on behalf of client organizations.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budget within the SOW; manage risks and changes.
• Communicate and execute strategies aligning with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for critical program, operational, and security issues; drive timely resolution.
• Enforce governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting for successful execution and operational excellence.
• Plan funding, resource allocation, forecasting, and change management to support business priorities.
