Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr HR Services Administrator to support the Global Mobility & Immigration team across employee immigration and mobility programs. The role focuses on case management, documentation control, data governance, and reporting, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

• Must have professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong Excel skills to organize, validate, and analyze data.
• Experience in Human Resources, Administration, Shared Services, Operations, or similar environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Global Mobility & Immigration operations.
• Provide administrative support for employee immigration and mobility processes.
• Manage and monitor assigned cases with timely follow-up and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate case progression.
• Analyze, validate, and organize large volumes of information with confidentiality.
• Maintain compliance through documentation, case tracking, and data governance.
• Prepare trackers, reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Excel.
• Support audits and documentation requirements; drive process improvements.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactive follow-up on responsibilities.
