Kroll is seeking an experienced Global Mobility professional to lead immigration and cross-border relocation across the Americas. You will coordinate work authorization, visas, payroll for expatriates, and compliance with tax and wage reporting while guiding a team in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in-house mobility experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years in-house Global Mobility or similar within a professional services firm.
• Knowledge of immigration, relocations, and expatriate tax concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Americas regional specialist for global mobility and immigration.
• Manage immigration program including work authorization, visas, renewals, and sponsorship.
• Oversee cross-border transfers and extended business travel.
• Advise on mobility best practices and policy compliance.
• Administer expatriate payroll, shadow payroll, and benefits.
• Conduct compliance reviews for tax, wage reporting and immigration.
• Liaise with service providers for immigration, relocation, and tax.
• Conduct pre-departure briefings and stay updated on regulations.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility team to analyze mobility data and trends.
