American Express Global Business Travel in Mexico is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to secure ideal properties, manage client events, and ensure top-tier hospitality outcomes. You will drive RFPs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with hotels to deliver seamless experiences.

Role requires strong communication, calendar discipline, and a proactive mindset to adapt to evolving client needs and global travel requirements.

Formación

Venue sourcing and meeting planning experience.
Excellent communication to articulate vision and inspire clients.
Strong ability to meet timelines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

Cultivate a strong working relationship with the client and provide exceptional service.
Meet with clients to discuss event vision and venue wish list.
Expertly RFP suitable properties for clients.
Negotiate to secure the best deals.
Manage contracts with hotels and clients through the process.
Organize logistics with precision and maintain control of details.
Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates.
Anticipate changes and craft innovative solutions.
Coordinate and attend global site inspections when needed.
Act as executive producer for event specifics and requirements.
Develop and monitor budgets, audit billing, and report expenses to clients.
