American Express in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Care Professional to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume inbound call environment and to strengthen customer loyalty. You will consult with card members, tailor solutions, promote benefits, and meet performance goals across sales, quality, compliance and productivity while working a hybrid schedule.

• Strong written and communication skills to converse effectively and naturally in English and Spanish with Card Members.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured environment with a customer-first mentality.
• Consult with Card Members to understand needs and tailor personal solutions while reinforcing card benefits and tenure.
• Add value through recommendations of product offers and benefit enrollments to deepen engagement and loyalty.
• Develop selling skills to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty to the brand.
• Address inquiries such as statements, replacements, payments, and rewards, updating account information as needed.
• Use tools to identify custom solutions and anticipate needs to achieve first contact resolution.
• Meet and exceed performance goals including sales rates, quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
