Formación

• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes.
• Expert in functional discipline of Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in LEAN tools and processes to support deployment of LSS model.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new tools and systems to improve M.E. performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage a diverse, multi-location team within a matrix organization.
• Governance through metrics, testing, documentation and training.
• Provide leadership to the global M.E. organization and align with regional strategies.
• Coordinate testing/implementation of new tools and ensure change management adherence.
