Jabil in Mexico is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead large and complex engineering initiatives from initiation to completion. You will coordinate planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.

You will drive process improvements, manage budgets, support design-for-manufacture efforts, liaise with suppliers, and provide technical guidance on quality and manufacturing best practices

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years work experience in engineering or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large and/or complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate planning, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting.
• Ensure results meet requirements for quality, schedule and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Provide direction on design for manufacture and supplier involvement.
• Interface with customers on quality issues and support engineering teams.
